Since 2002, Cirko – Center for New Circus has been working to promote and develop contemporary Finnish circus. In 2011 the Cirko circus building opened in Helsinki’s Suvilahti – 1,400 square metres of office and performance space, custom made for contemporary circus. Cirko offers the public high quality and interesting contemporary circus and provides circus professionals with a first-class working environment.
Do & See
Helsinki is a great city to wander around in, and many attractions are located within walking distance from the town centre. But, if you need to rest your legs or maybe don’t have much time, the tram is an excellent option! It will take you around the city in an effective way and you will be able to see many interesting things along your journey.
